Julia Ahn is a corporate counsel and a member of the Investment Management Group. Prior to joining the Investment Management Group, Ms. Ahn was a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private equity funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts across numerous sectors and strategies, including buyout, credit and infrastructure funds. She has also advised sponsors and investors in connection with secondary transactions, including direct sales and purchases of fund interests. Ms. Ahn’s recent experience includes acting for clients such as Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Kelso & Company and The Blackstone Group.

Ms. Ahn joined Debevoise in 2016. Ms. Ahn received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2016 and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011.
