Julia Lynch is a law clerk in the Litigation Department.
Ms. Lynch joined Debevoise in 2026. Ms. Lynch received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2026, where she was a judicial intern for the Hon. Indira Talwani of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, a staff editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender, and a competitor on the interscholastic moot court team. Ms. Lynch received a B.S. summa cum laude from the University of Miami in 2020. Prior to law school, Ms. Lynch served as a Fulbright Program grantee in Dobrich, Bulgaria.
Ms. Lynch is co-author of “Innovation to Integration: Legal Pathways for Sustainable Health Care Coverage,” 23 Indiana Health Law Review 263 (2026) and “Federal Funding Conditions Threaten Gender-Affirming Care Access and Physician Autonomy,” 334 JAMA 1137 (2025).
Ms. Lynch currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for the BEST Foundation, an international nonprofit that promotes speech and debate programming in the Balkans.
