Julia Paget-Brown is a professional support lawyer in the Tax Department in London and is a dual-qualified chartered accountant and solicitor in England & Wales. Before joining Debevoise in 2019, she worked as a senior tax associate in a leading London law firm and has experience in all aspects of UK corporation tax and, particularly, structured and asset backed finance schemes. Prior to law, Ms. Paget-Brown worked at KPMG in London in the financial services sector, firstly as an auditor and then as an advisor in the corporate tax department.Ms. Paget-Brown graduated with a B.A. from Emmanuel College, Cambridge in 1994, qualified as a chartered accountant in 1999, before being admitted as a solicitor in 2003.
