Juliet Han is a counsel based in the Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on regulatory and compliance matters in the investment management industry. She has substantial experience advising investment advisers and fund managers on regulatory and compliance matters under the Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act and related federal securities laws.
Before joining Debevoise, Ms. Han served in senior roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Investment Management and as counsel at Lord Abbett, overseeing a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to that, she practiced at another leading international law firm.
Ms. Han holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Georgetown University. She is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
