Junius O. Williams is a law clerk in the Litigation Department.Mr. Williams joined Debevoise in 2026. Mr. Williams received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2026, where he was a Joyce Lowinson Institute for International Law and Justice Scholar, an articles editor on the Journal of International Law and Politics, a Salzburg Lloyd N. Cutler Fellow, and a recipient of the Jerome Lipper Prize. He also served as a research assistant to Professors Angelina Fisher and Victoria Adelmant, and a student legal advisor at the Permanent Mission of Belize to the United Nations. Prior to law school, he worked as an investment associate in the Iraq office of CrossBoundary, a global investment firm, and a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. He graduated with an A.B. cum laude with Highest Honors from Harvard University in 2018.Mr. Williams is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Alumni Council of Phillips Academy (Andover). He is fluent in French and proficient in Arabic.
