Katherine Cappeller is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Cappeller joined Debevoise in 2021. Ms. Cappeller received her J.D. from New York Law School magna cum laude in 2021 where she was a notes and comments editor of the New York Law School Law Review. Ms. Cappeller received her B.A. from the University of Vermont in 2017.
