Kierra E. Booker is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. Booker joined Debevoise in 2025. From 2024 to 2025 she clerked for the Honorable Loretta Copeland Biggs in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Ms. Booker received a J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 2024 where she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Jia Cobb in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, law clerk for Administrative Law Judge Arnette Dorsey at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, student attorney in the Movement Lawyering Clinic, and student attorney in the Child Welfare/Family Justice Clinic. In 2021 she received her M.S. in Criminal Justice and her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a Minor in American Sign Language from Northeastern University.

Ms. Booker is a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia.
