Kira Kilstein is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Investment Management Group.

Ms. Kilstein joined Debevoise in 2025. She received a J.D. from Cardozo Law School magna cum laude in 2025, where she was elected to Order of the Coif and served as an associate editor for Cardozo Law Review. Ms. Kilstein received a B.S. from Boston University in 2019.

Ms. Kilstein is the author of “The Forever Family’s Legal Loophole: A 50-State Survey on Adoption Dissolution,” 46 Cardozo L. Rev. 183 (2024).
