Kyle Trevett is a corporate law clerk and a member of the firm’s Restructuring Group.Mr. Trevett joined Debevoise in 2026. Previously, he was an associate at a leading international law firm. From 2019 – 2021, Mr. Trevett clerked for the Hon. Robert D. Berger of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas. Mr. Trevett received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School in 2019, where he was executive articles editor of the Chicago Journal of International Law. Mr. Trevett received his B.A. summa cum laude from The George Washington University in 2016. Mr. Trevett is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
