Leah Martin is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Antitrust Group.

Ms. Martin focuses her practice on antitrust and competition litigation, civil and criminal investigations, strategic counseling and obtaining merger clearances in transactions reviewed by the U.S. antitrust agencies for clients across a wide array of industries. Ms. Martin is recognized by The Legal 500 US (2023), as a “rising star” for her antitrust practice.

Ms. Martin joined Debevoise in 2018. She previously was an antitrust associate at an international Washington, D.C.-based firm. She received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2014, where she was the senior articles editor of the New York University Annual Survey of American Law. While in law school, Ms. Martin interned at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, National Criminal Enforcement Section, where she worked on a variety of criminal antitrust investigations. She received a B.A. from Columbia University in 2009.
