Levi Y. Zwickler is a corporate associate and a member of both the firm's Investment Management Group and Private Fund Transactions Group. His practice focuses on representing institutional investors in connection with their private equity investments, including U.S. and international buyout, venture capital and other sector funds, and anchor and seed investments. In addition, he regularly represents clients in connection with co-investment opportunities. 

Mr. Zwickler joined Debevoise in 2025. Mr. Zwickler received his J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2025, where he was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar and a staff member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He received a B.A. summa cum laude from Yeshiva University in 2022.
