Lily Goldberger is a law clerk in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Finance Group.

Ms. Goldberger joined Debevoise in 2026. Ms. Goldberger received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2026 and a B.S. from Cornell University in 2022, where she was on the Dean’s List for six of seven semesters.
