Lily A. Picón is a corporate counsel and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group and Private Fund Transactions Group. Her practice focuses on representing institutional investors in connection with their private equity investments, including U.S. and international buyout, venture capital and other sector funds, and anchor and seed investments. In addition, she regularly represents clients in connection with secondary transactions and co-investment opportunities.
Ms. Picón joined Debevoise in 2018. She received a J.D. from New York University School of Law cum laude in 2016 and a B.A. with distinction in all subjects from Cornell University in 2013.
Ms. Picón is proficient in Spanish.
