    • Ambev S.A. in the sale by Cervecería Nacional Dominicana, S.A. to Koscab Holdings Ltd., of a number of Caribbean-based beverage producers in Saint Lucia, Barbados, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Dominica.
    • Desarrollo País, a Chilean state-owned infrastructure company, in its partnership agreement with Google to form Humboldt Connect, a joint venture responsible for activating and commercializing certain fiber optic capacity of a submarine cable connecting South America with Oceania.
    • Southern Cross Group in its sale of Esmax, a fuels and lubricants retailer, to Aramco, an integrated energy and chemicals company.
