Lynn-Saskya Toussaint is a corporate associate in the Investment Management Group. She also has experience working in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Groups.
Ms. Toussaint joined Debevoise in 2023. Ms. Toussaint received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2023, where she was a student attorney in the Harvard Recording Artist Project. She received a B.A. from Cornell University in 2020.
