Experience

- Exponent in the formation of Exponent Private Equity Partners V, a £900 million private equity fund.
- Metric Capital Partners in the formation of MCP V and its ancillary vehicles, a €1 billion European investment fund programme.
- Coller Capital in its partnership with Barings Portfolio Finance and Ares to raise a $2.4 billion structured funding vehicle for Coller funds to invest in private market secondaries.

Masha Okun is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group. Prior to joining Debevoise in 2024, Ms. Okun worked as an associate in the Paris office of a top tier investment funds practice, and completed her training contract with a Magic Circle firm in London. She received a BSc (Hons) Management from the University of Warwick with First Class Honours in 2015, prior to completing her GDL and subsequently LPC at the University of Law in 2017. Ms. Okun is a member of the Paris Bar since 2021. She is fluent in English, French and Russian.
