Matthew C. Rametta is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Rametta joined Debevoise in 2020. He received his J.D. summa cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2020, where he was an associate editor of the Cardozo Law Review. Mr. Rametta received a B.A. summa cum laude from Union College in 2017.

Mr. Rametta is a co-author of “Four Takeaways from the SEC’s Proposed Cybersecurity Rules,” Harvard Forum on Corporate Governance (March, 2022); “SEC Cybersecurity Update: Chair Gensler Offers Insight into Upcoming Regulation,” NYU Compliance & Enforcement (February, 2022) and the author of “Contracting Away your Career: An Interstate Comparison of Noncompete Law and a Proposal for Optimal Legislation in New York,” 41 Cardozo Law Review 2719 (2020).
