Matt Kuhlik is a corporate associate and a member of the Finance Group.

Mr. Kuhlik joined Debevoise in 2024. He received his J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2024, where he was a Florence Allen Scholar and a managing editor of the NYU Annual Survey of American Law. Mr. Kuhlik received his B.B.A with high distinction from Emory University in 2016.
