Max Van Zile is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Van Zile joined Debevoise in 2024. From 2025 to 2026 he clerked for the Hon. Eric N. Vitaliano of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Van Zile received a J.D. in 2024 from Georgetown University Law Center, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, where he was an articles editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He received a B.A. magna cum laude from Cornell University in 2017.

Mr. Van Zile is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
