Mayer Steinman is a partner of the firm’s Finance Group. His practice focuses on advising borrowers, financial institutions and alternative credit providers in connection with a wide range of U.S. and cross-border financing transactions, including investment-grade and leveraged acquisition financings, second-lien financings, asset-based financings, debt restructurings and other secured and unsecured financings.
He received his J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2009 and his B.A. in accounting from Yeshiva University in 2005.
