Melyssa Eigen is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. Eigen joined Debevoise in 2022. Ms. Eigen received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2022, where she was a research assistant at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society. She received a B.S.E. summa cum laude from Carnegie Mellon University in 2017.

Ms. Eigen is the co-author of “Privacy Enforcement: Shift Toward Cookie Consent?,” Competition Policy International (May, 2025); “Youth and Extended Reality. An Initial Exploration of Augmented, Virtual, and Mixed Realities” (2021); and “German Digital Council: An ‘Inside Out’ Case Study” (2021).
