Mia Hermann is a corporate associate and a member of the Finance Group.

Ms. Hermann joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2024 and completed her training in the London and Hong Kong offices. Prior to joining Debevoise, Ms. Hermann spent a year working in the in-house legal team of an insurance-focused specialty finance platform, where she worked on private credit transactions for small and mid-sized insurers.

Ms. Hermann received her B.A. from Lincoln College, Oxford in 2021. She completed the PGDL at BPP Law School (with distinction) and successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). She is fluent in German, French and Italian.

Ms. Hermann was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2026.
