Mia Kelly is a litigation associate and a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group. Based in the London office, her practice focuses on international arbitration and high-value, complex multijurisdictional litigation.

Ms. Kelly has experience in proceedings before the English High Court and the Court of Appeal. She also has an active public international law practice and assists with a number of the firm’s pro bono mandates.

Ms. Kelly joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2024 and completed her training in the London office. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2018 with an LL.B. in Law and Political Science (First Class), and obtained an LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University in 2023. She subsequently obtained an LL.M. in Legal Practice (Distinction) from the University of Law in 2024.

Ms. Kelly was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2026.
