Mitchell A. Carlson is a corporate associate and a member of the firm's Restructuring Group and Liability Management & Special Situations team.

Mr. Carlson joined Debevoise in 2020. Mr. Carlson received his J.D. magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2020, where he was a notes editor on the Journal of Law & Policy and a judicial intern to the Hon. Lorna G. Schofield of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Mr. Carlson received a B.S. summa cum laude from the University of Nebraska  in 2016.
