Monica Fainshtein is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Capital Markets Group.

Ms. Fainshtein joined Debevoise in 2025. Ms. Fainshtein received a J.D. magna cum laude from New York Law School in 2025, where she was a Trustee Scholar and an editor of the New York Law School Law Review. She received a B.A. summa cum laude from the City University of New York Hunter College in 2019.
