Natalia Kubik is a partner in the Private Funds Transactions and Investment Management Groups. She advises clients on asset management, primarily focusing on the structuring and offering of private equity and other alternative investment vehicles across a range of strategies, including buyout, venture capital, credit, debt and infrastructure. She also represents private equity sponsors and investors on complex secondaries transactions and related liquidity solutions, including continuation vehicles, LP portfolio sales, tender offers and recapitalizations.

She received her Bachelor of Arts with Honours (BA) in Law in 2011 from the University of Cambridge.
