Neal J. Reenan is a corporate partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He advises large global and middle-market private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other businesses on domestic and cross-border M&A and other significant corporate and investment transactions. His experience spans leveraged buyouts, take-private transactions, carve-outs, joint ventures, minority and structured investments, spin-offs and other complex transactions across a broad range of industries.
