Neetika Kaushal Nagpal is an associate and a member of the Finance Group. Her practice focuses on leveraged finance, acquisition finance and complex financing for the firm’s private equity and corporate clients. She has experience with a broad range of financing structures across the syndicated loan and bond markets, and direct lending markets for both top-tier and middle-market clients.Ms. Nagpal joined Debevoise in May 2024. Previously, she spent more than 2 years at another top-tier New York based law firm and about 5 years in a leading international Australian law firm, advising both lender side and borrower side clients on various financing transactions. Prior to her legal career, she was an economist with a New- Delhi based think-tank focusing on international trade and economic policy.Ms. Nagpal received a J.D. with distinction from University of New South Wales in 2018. She holds a masters in economics and finance from the University of Warwick, U.K. and a bachelors with honors in economics from University of Delhi, India.She is admitted to practice in New York and Australia. She is fluent in Hindi.
