The London office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Modex Holding Limited in the acquisition by its subsidiary, Modex USA Holding, Inc., of Gauthier Homes and Gauthiers’ Oilfield Rental from members of the Gauthier family.

Modex is a world leading manufacturer and provider of cargo carrying units, cabins and well service equipments for offshore oil & gas operations.

Louisiana-based Gauthiers’ offers sale and rental of offshore containers, baskets and support equipment for U.S. and international oil and gas industry customers in the Gulf of Mexico region.
