The London and Paris offices of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP have advised Rexel in the placement of €500 million of 3.250% unsecured senior notes, due 2022.
The delivery, settlement and listing of the notes on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange took place on May 27, 2015.
