Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising PJT Partners as financial advisor to WestRock (NYSE:WRK) in its acquisition of Multi Packaging Solutions International Limited (NYSE:MPSX) (“MPS”). WestRock will acquire all of the outstanding shares of MPS for $18.00 per share in cash and the assumption of an estimated $873 million in net debt, for a total enterprise value of $2.28 billion.
