The Debevoise & Plimpton LLP Healthcare team will once again be in San Francisco for events surrounding this year’s J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference.

The Debevoise Healthcare team, in partnership with The Vanguard Group for Leadership will host a discussion led by Debevoise Healthcare practice leader Mark P. Goodman and Tom Sabatino, Aetna EVP and General Counsel, on organizational transformation in the context of mergers and vertical integration amid rapid industry convergence.

Mr. Sabatino will chair the discussion on “Leading High Performance Transformation,” a topic in which he has significant expertise having helped lead a string of complex global mergers, acquisitions and turnarounds across multiple sectors, including the recent Aetna/CVS transaction. Members of the Debevoise Healthcare team will offer perspectives on the current market activity, including the regulatory and litigation environment for pharmaceutical, life sciences and medical device companies, hospitals, financial sponsors and advisors, and other key players in the industry.
