Debevoise Advises Providence Service Corporation and LogistiCare on LogistiCare’s Acquisition of Circulation

Debevoise & Plimpton is advising The Providence Service Corporation and LogistiCare, LLC on LogistiCare’s acquisition of Circulation, Inc, a provider of technology-enabled logistics solutions and analytics for managing non-emergency transportation across healthcare. The acquisition is expected to close within the next 30 days.

LogistiCare, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Providence Service Corporation, is the nation's largest manager of non-emergency medical transportation programs for state governments and managed care organizations.
