Debevoise Partners Speak on Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Programs at Medical Device Innovation Consortium Webinar

19 November 2018

Debevoise & Plimpton partners Luke Dembosky, Jeremy Feigelson and Paul D. Rubin will speak at the Medical Device Innovation Consortium’s webinar “Cybersecurity for Medical Devices: Advancing Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure.”

This webinar follows the release of a report, prepared in partnership with The Medical Device Innovation Consortium and Alvarez & Marsal, exploring the importance of coordinated vulnerability disclosure programs for medical device manufacturers. The webinar will cover the various feedback obtained during interviews for the report with large and small medical device companies, leading security researchers, representatives of medical device trade associations and FDA officials. Additionally, speakers will provide an assessment of publicly available information issued by FDA and other stakeholders.

Research for the report was compiled by a cross-disciplinary team of lawyers from Debevoise’s Healthcare and Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice Groups. Click here to read the full report.
