Debevoise & Plimpton partners Ina C. Popova and Patrick Taylor will speak at Delos Dispute Resolution’s event “An Introduction to the Delos Arbitration Rules.” Ms. Popova will address the purpose and impact of the Delos notion of safe seats, whether proactive tribunals are a good idea and if a more efficient approach to arbitration represents an opportunity or a sacrifice for arbitrators, counsel and end users. Mr. Taylor will offer closing remarks.
