Debevoise Supports Catalyst CEO Champions For Change For Second Consecutive Year

5 December 2018

For the second year in a row, Debevoise & Plimpton has joined with Catalyst CEO Champions For Change, a group of over 50 leading global businesses recognized for their commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion and gender equality in the workplace. Collectively, this year’s Champion companies have a higher representation of women in leadership positions at every level than their global peers.

Catalyst is a global nonprofit driving change with pioneering research, practical tools and proven solutions to accelerate and advance women into leadership.

“We are honored to be a part of Catalyst’s mission to build workplaces that work for women,” said Mary Beth Hogan, partner and Co-Chair of the Litigation Department. Ms. Hogan also serves on the board of directors of Catalyst, upholding Debevoise’s dedication to the cause. “While there may not be a one-size-fits-all solution to creating an inclusive culture, it is imperative that we continue to progress and strive for positive change.”

Through initiatives such as the Women’s Resource Group and the Debevoise Women’s Review, the firm encourages programming and dialogue that promote professional development and create opportunities for women at all stages of their careers.
