Debevoise Advises Providence Equity Partners In the Closing of Its Eighth Flagship Fund Above $6 Billion

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Providence Equity Partners in the formation of its eighth flagship fund, Providence Equity Partners VIII, a $6 billion global buyout fund, which closed in excess of its $5 billion target. Providence’s previous flagship fund, Providence Equity Partners VII, closed with $5 billion in June 2013.
