Dominic Blaxill, a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, has been named by Legal Week to its list of up-and-coming lawyers in UK and European private equity.

The list was compiled by Legal Week following months of research, and highlights the best of the up-and-coming talent within the U.K. and European legal industry at a time of unprecedented activity levels for the sector. The lawyers on the final list represent the finest private practice lawyers under 40 advising private equity in the region.

Dominic Blaxill has worked extensively with financial sponsors, corporates and investment banks on a range of M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, capital raisings and general corporate matters across a variety of sectors. He joined Debevoise in 2015, and has previously spent time working in Hong Kong and Australia.
