Debevoise & Plimpton LLP litigation partner Jeremy Feigelson, Co-Chair of the firm’s Data Strategy & Security practice, has been named to New York City Mayor-Elect Eric Adams’ Transition Team as a member of the Technology Committee.
Mayor-Elect Eric Adams unveiled his transition team on December 3, which includes civic leaders across various areas of expertise including public health, food policy, arts and culture, budgeting, civic engagement, education, immigration, climate and infrastructure, housing, criminal justice and more. The Technology Committee is responsible for advancing the Mayor-Elect’s stated priorities to grow the technology sector of New York City’s business community, and to use technology to deliver public services more effectively and equitably to all New Yorkers.
Mr. Feigelson represents clients in litigations and government investigations that involve the Internet and new technologies, as well as handling intellectual property and financial services matters. He chairs the Committee on New York City Affairs at the New York City Bar Association, and served in City Hall under a prior mayor.
