Debevoise partners Maurizio Levi-Minzi, Peter Furci, Andrew Levine and Jonathan Adler have contributed a chapter, “Private Equity Funds and Institutional Investors in M&A,” to the third edition of the Latin Lawyer Guide to Mergers & Acquisitions. In the chapter, the authors discuss the recovery of private equity investments in Latin America in the post-pandemic period and the subsequent penetration of the regional M&A markets by private equity strategies.
