Debevoise Adds Micah Arbisser as Counsel to Its Real Estate Group

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP announced today that Micah Arbisser has joined the firm’s New York office as counsel in its Real Estate Group. Mr. Arbisser brings to the firm significant real estate experience structuring and negotiating joint ventures and preferred equity investments across asset classes.

In his new role, Mr. Arbisser will focus on advising all types of real estate investors, including asset managers, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, developers, family offices and sovereign wealth funds on a full scope of real estate transactional needs.

Prior to joining Debevoise, Mr. Arbisser was a partner of another international law firm where he worked in the real estate group. Mr. Arbisser received his A.B. cum laude from Princeton University in 2001 and his J.D. from Columbia University School of law in 2005 where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
