Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised VINCI Energies in its agreement to acquire Wärtsilä SAM Electronics GmbH, a company based in Hamburg in Germany.

Wärtsilä SAM Electronics GmbH is a subsidiary of the Finnish group Wärtsilä Corporation. It is focused on technologies for energy and marine, and is active in the field of electrical and automation integration for the German navy and naval shipyards in the north of the country.

The agreement, which is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2025, is subject to approval from the relevant authorities.
