Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partners Lindsay Cooper Hayman, Ina Popova and Zachary Saltzman have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under List,” which highlights the most accomplished litigation partners across the U.S. Ms. Popova and Mr. Saltzman have again been named to the list, while Ms. Hayman has been recognized for the first time. Partners named to the list are recognized as the “best and brightest” in their field and for handling high-stakes and precedent-setting cases.

The honorees represent a wide array of litigation expertise:

Lindsay Cooper Hayman, partner in San Francisco, focuses on supporting established and emerging technology companies in their most important business disputes, with an emphasis on high-stakes, complex intellectual property and commercial litigation. She has litigated some of the most significant intellectual property cases of the past decade, including billion-dollar disputes for major technology companies against their competitors.

Ina Popova, partner in New York, focuses on international arbitration, international litigation and public international law. Ms. Popova represents both private parties and States in their most challenging international disputes and is recognized as one of the best advocates of her generation. She is admitted to practice in Paris and New York and also sits as arbitrator.

Zachary Saltzman, partner in New York, has a broad practice involving complex commercial matters for clients across a range of industries, including private equity, sports & entertainment, and insurance, with an empasis on asset management litigation and complex contractual disputes. Mr. Saltzman has significant experience litigating cases through trial in both state and federal courts.

Winners were selected based on several phases of research including peer and client review, along with examination of individual cases.
