Nicholas Paruta is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Mr. Paruta joined Debevoise in 2025. Mr. Paruta received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2025, where he was on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review. He received a B.S.B.A. summa cum laude from Rider University in 2021. Prior to law school, Mr. Paruta worked as a financial analyst at a multinational healthcare company.
