Nicole Bieber is an associate based in the London office and a member of the firm’s Tax Department. Her practice focuses on the UK tax aspects of private capital fund formation, financing and operation, with particular experience assisting sponsors with their management and advisory structures, secondary transactions, carried interest arrangements and succession planning. She also advises on UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.Ms. Bieber joined Debevoise in 2026, prior to which she was a senior associate at a leading international law firm, and a director in the private funds practice of a ‘big four’ accountancy firm. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2016.
