Nikolay Kiselev is a senior associate in the Hong Kong office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and M&A Group.

His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, general corporate advice, regulatory issues, including healthcare and personal data, and projects in oil & gas industry.

In M&A, Mr. Kiselev is experienced in representing clients on a broad range of matters, including project structuring, establishing of joint ventures, acquisition and sale of equity, shareholders’ agreements and general corporate matters. His recent representations include projects in information technology and oil & gas industries.

From June – October 2014, Mr. Kiselev was on secondment to a leading insurance company, and from October 2014 – February 2015, he spent a period of secondment at a multinational healthcare and pharmaceutical company.

Mr. Kiselev graduated with honors from the Moscow State University Law School in 2013 and is admitted to practise in Russia. Mr. Kiselev obtained his Master of Law from the Russian School of Private Law (Institute) of the Russian Government in 2015.

Mr. Kiselev joined the firm in 2010. He is fluent in Russian and English.
