Oleksiy Pikhmanets is a Senior Data Strategy & Security Practice Attorney in the Litigation Department. Prior to joining the Data Strategy & Security Practice, Mr. Pikhmanets was a member of the firm’s Legal Support Services.
Mr. Pikhmanets joined Debevoise in 2015. He received an LL.M summa cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2012 and an LL.M magna cum laude from Chernivtsi National University in 2004. He received a B.S. magna cum laude from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2010 and a B.A. magna cum laude from Chernivtsi National University in 2003.
Mr. Pikhmanets is a member of the Bar of the State of New York. He is a native Ukrainian speaker and fluent in Russian.
