Dr. Oliver Krauß is a corporate associate in the Frankfurt office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate law, international arbitration and internal investigations.

Dr. Krauß joined Debevoise in 2019. Prior to joining Debevoise, he was an associate in the corporate department of another major U.S. law firm and an associate in the corporate and litigation department of a leading German law firm.

Dr. Krauß is a co-author of “The EPPO and International Co-Operation –– New Kid on the Block,” Compliance & Enforcement (December, 2019).

He studied law from 2003 to 2008 and graduated from Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg, where he also received his doctorate in law in 2013. He passed the Second State Examination in 2010. Dr. Krauß received his LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London in 2015. Prior to his studies, he completed his training as a certified banker with a leading German bank in 2003.

Dr. Krauß.is a member of the Bar of Frankfurt since 2011 and a member of the Association for Business and Corporate Law (“VGR”). He is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
