Olivia Coral Daniels is a law clerk in the Tax Department.Ms. Daniels joined Debevoise in 2022. She received a J.D. and an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law magna cum laude and Order of the Coif in 2022, where she was a member of the top 5 percent of her class and a recipient of the Justin Miller Award for Intellectual Curiosity. Ms. Daniels served as an executive editor for the Duke Law Journal and a student submissions editor for the American Journal of International Law. She received a B.A. magna cum laude from Davidson College in 2019. Ms. Daniels currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Linden Hall Alumnae Association.Ms. Daniels is the author of “Reconciling Reproductive Rights: Eugenic Abortion and Home Birth Disputes at the European Court of Human Rights,” 71 Duke Law Journal 1605 (2022).
