Mr. Corcoran joined Debevoise in 2021. Mr. Corcoran received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2021, where he was senior online editor of the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics. He received a B.A. from the University of Chicago in 2016, where he received Phi Beta Kappa honors. In the 2022-23 term, Mr. Corcoran clerked for the Hon. Solomon Oliver, Jr., on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.Mr. Corcoran is the author of “Trade and Wars: Checking the President’s Overbroad Trade Sanction Authority,” 23 NYU Journal of Legislation & Public Policy 687 (2021), and “Preserving Democratic Legitimacy in the Application of A.I. to Notice-and-Comment Rulemaking,” 25 NYU Journal of Legislation & Public Policy 501 (2023).
